The reishi and chaga are pressure cooked, then cooked on low for many hours so that their constituents are more available to our bodies. This hot chocolate is lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and coconut milk so it's ready to go, but not overly sweet.
2 to 3 Tbsp. per 8 oz. of liquid. Makes a dark lightly sweet brew.
Add to water or milk, and add more sweetener as desired.
